Orders may be placed online (fastest method), by phone, or by mailing the Skate Devil order form. We do not accept orders submitted by e-mail. Credit card information should not be e-mailed as e-mail does not afford security for sensitive information.

You will receive an email confirmation when you submit your online order. Phone orders and those submitted by mail will only be confirmed if a valid e-mail address is provided. This confirmation is to verify that your order has been received on our secure server and is not a verification of your credit card account number or credit approval.

Customer may cancel an order at any time before the order is shipped by notifying us by e-mail at info@skatedevil.com or by phone at 704-724-5679. Sorry, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Customer may return merchandise subject to our return policies.

Skate Devil accepts credit card payments through PayPal.  We also accept certified checks and money orders. Payments must be received before any order is shipped. 

Your order may be shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping will be automatically calculated based on weight for online orders.

Estimated shipping and handling fees for an average, 1 pound order shipped across the continental United States are as follows:

All international, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are subject to additional shipping charges.  These charges will be automatically calculated for online orders.

Items will be shipped within 2 business days of the time your order is received. Orders received on the weekend (after 2pm ET on Fridays) or holidays may take up to 3 business days.

Skate Devil offers a 15 day money back guarantee on any item returned in it's original packaging in "new" condition. To return an item, you must contact us by e-mail for a return authorization or call us at 1-704-724-5679. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Return the item with the original packing slip and the Return Authorization Number which we will supply you. We can not guarantee that we can credit you the purchase price if you do not receive a Return Authorization number. You are responsible for original shipping on returned for refund or exchange, except for when we have made an error. If we make a mistake in an order, we will pay for your return shipping. Returns shipped freight collect will not be accepted.

Customer information submitted to us is kept confidential.  We do not transfer, sell or give any customer information to any other business, organization, or agency. However, in the case of the appropriate local and national law enforcement agencies, we will provide any information requested.
